所有修課同學至少參與十次演講活動，並請在演講前簽到，演講結束後立即繳交心得報告(A4紙張撰寫)。

All students must participate at least 10 times and submit 10 reports.
Please sign-in before the speech begins and submit the report (in one A4 sheet) at the end of the class.

**For international students**
Every week you will be notified in advance which one of the following applies:
(1) Join the seminar session in English (or with slides in English) and finish your report in class, or
(2) Study the assigned materials on the topic and finish your report by the end of the seminar session, or
(3) Write the report by your own survey on the topic and finish your report by the end of the seminar session. The source (URL) of materials must be indicated in your report.
