Dear Current Students,
It is your responsibility to PAY OFF all your Tuition and Fee Balances and to UPDATE the On-Line Registration before the Registration Day 2017.02.14 (Tuesday).
The registration stamps were no longer in use. THE ONLY WAY to prove your student status is the “In School Certificate” which can only be generated from Registration system. Your payment status and the registration status will be the main factors of your student status/certificate.
According to NDHU’s Spring 2017 Academic Calendar, the Spring Semester of 2017 starts on Feb 13th (Monday).
The tuition/fee payment and On-Line Registration Process must be finished by Feb 14th (Tuesday).
The school will not mail copies of payment sheets to you. The Payment sheet for Tuition and Fees can be printed at Taiwan Bank Student Payment System (https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx?pgid=3) . Use your ARC number for 1st field, Student ID number for 2nd field. The 3rd field is optional. If you still have question, please let us know.
If you have special circumstance (for example: cannot pay on time, not back to Taiwan yet, waiting for scholarship process …etc.), you should apply a written “Postpone Request ( get the form here ) ” to school and submit it to the CSIE Department Office ASAP, no later than Feb. 14th . The written postpone request will be reviewed by the Department Chairman and the School Officers. There is NO guarantee on the result of the request. If the postpone request is granted, the latest payment due day may be extended to March 6th. (as 15 working days after the Registration Day).
If the circumstance is extraordinary, you should make a written request of the “Installment Payment Plan ( get the form here ) ” to school and submit it to the CSIE Department Office ASAP, no later than Feb. 14th . The written postpone request will be reviewed by the Department Chair and School Officers. There is NO guarantee on the result of the request. If the installment request is granted, the latest payment due day may be extended to June 5th (as 1 week prior to the final exam and the last day of withdrawing the semester) .
All students, including both “postpone” and “installment” students, MUST PAY Taiwan National Health Insurance Fee (NHI), Student Group Insurance Fee, 1/3 of Taiwanese Student’s Tuition/Credit Fees, Dormitory Fee & Room Deposit by March 6 2017. No exception!
If you do not pay on-time as promised in Installment Payment Plan, or do not PAY OFF all your Tuition and Fee Balance by the last day, you WILL be expelled from NDHU, and the result will affect your future study.
