各位同學有福囉！！
欲申請優良TA的同學，若您是擔任本學期（105-1）的教學助理，並持有TA證書，且授課教師同意卓越中心到班施測TA滿意度調查，請於第十五週（12/12-12/16）攜帶相關申請表至教學卓越中心（行政大樓411）辦理申請，逾期不受理，趕緊把握申請機會，我們將擇優選拔優良TA（可獲優良TA獎狀一式與三千元等值禮券）！！

【TA證書申請】
只要完成 2必修(或含以上) + 3選修 = 5門課程的同學(跨學期/線上/實體修課皆可列入)，10/17(一)起攜帶「學生學習履歷證明影本」至學卓越中心（行政大樓411）找游家盛助理登記辦理，於第十五週（12/12-12/16）至中心領取TA證書。若已有證書且本學期擔任TA者，須選擇一門課程(實體/線上)進修回流。
TA training courses
Note: Students have to complete 2 compulsory courses and 3 elective courses, you may take online or on-campus courses, but at least 2 of which must be on-campus. Then you can apply for the TA certificate. If you are a current TA with a TA certificate, you may apply for the TA Excellence Awards by Week 15.
