The National Innovator Award, led by the Research Center for Biotechnology and Medicine Policy (RBMP 財團法人生技醫療科技政策研究中心), is the highest index award for innovation in the field of biomedicine and health in Taiwan to promote the industry turnover.

NDHU CSIE International Alumni Nicolas Enea Castillo and Orlando Ramon Perez Liantaud, soon after graduating in July 2020, became software engineers in Ficus Data Co. Recently, the project they participated in won the 2021 National Innovator Award!
