Important Announcement about the 2020 Fall Tuition & Fee Payment

The 2020 Fall Semester starts on 2020.Sept.14 (Monday)

You must:
1. PAY your Tuition and Fee or Apply for Installment Payment
2. UPDATE the On-Line Registration
before the Registration Day 2020.Sept.15 (Tuesday)

The school will not mail the payment sheet to you. The Payment sheet for Tuition and Fees can be printed at  Taiwan Bank Student Payment System (school.bot.com.tw/newTwbank/StudentLogin.aspx ) . Use your ARC number for 1st field, Student ID number for 2nd field, The 3rd field (birthdate) is optional.

Update your On-Line Registration Registration System (sys.ndhu.edu.tw/AA/REG/register/) . Your payment status and registration status are the key factors of your student status/certificate.

After you pay tuition and update registration, then you can print the “Student Status Certificate (在校證明)” to renew your ARC / Working Permit. Go to E-Portfolio (https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/CTE/Ed_StudP_WebSite/Login.aspx )  to print.

((New students’ (including new transfer students) password is the ID number or ARC number. The first English letter must be typed in capital letter. For overseas students, international students, and students from China without ARC number; the password is the student number plus one zero. (For example, if the student number is 64064A011, the password should be 61064A0110))

Only if you have special circumstance (for example: cannot pay on time, not back to Taiwan yet, waiting for scholarship process …etc.), you have 2 options:

  1. Apply for 15-days Postpone Request
    The written postpone request will be reviewed by the Departmental Committee and the School Officers. There is NO guarantee on the result of the request. If the Postpone request is granted, you may extend the payment due day to 2020.10.05 (as 17 working days after the Registration Day)
  2. Apply for Installment Payment Plan: 
    If the circumstance is extraordinary, you should make a written request of the Installment Payment Plan. The written postpone request will be reviewed by the Departmental Committee and the School Officers. Again, there is NO guarantee on the result of the request. If the Installment Payment Plan request is granted, you may extend the first payment due date to 2020.10.05.

All installment students MUST PAY Taiwan National Health Insurance Fee (NHI), Student Group Insurance Fee, 1/3 of Taiwanese Student’s Tuition/Credit Fees, Dormitory Fee & Room Deposit by 2020.10.05. No exception!

If you do not pay on-time as promised in Installment Payment Plan, or do not PAY OFF all your Tuition and Fee Balance by the last day, you WILL be expelled from NDHU, and the result will affect your future study.
