Requirement Applicants must complete both the TaiwanICDF Scholarship (including the Taiwan-Europe Scholarship scheme) and NDHU Online Admission Applications before the respective deadlines, ensuring all required documents are accurately and fully submitted.
Required Documents
For Master’s Program(2026 TaiwanICDF Scholarship and Taiwan-Europe Scholarship Scheme) :
- Verification of Nationality
- Diploma of the Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (issued or notarized copy of the English translation if not in English)
- Official Academic Transcript of the Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (issued or notarized copy of the English translation if not in English)
- Certificate of English Language Proficiency
- Autobiography
- Study Plan
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- Financial Statement (official bank letter for NDHU application)
For Bachelor’s Program(2026 TaiwanICDF Scholarship) :

Applicants are encouraged to describe their academic background, research interests, and experiences in computer science, artificial intelligence, and information engineering.
Important Notes
- Application period: January 2 to March 15, 2026. Applicants must complete the online application and upload all required documents accurately and completely; incomplete applications will not be processed. Whether hard copies are required depends on the decision of each individual ROC (Taiwan) Embassy or Mission Abroad.
- Dual submission: ICDF applicants must also complete the NDHU Online Admission Application before March 15, 2026, to be eligible for scholarship consideration.
- Application fee: NDHU charges NTD 1,200 (approximately USD 40) as a non-refundable application fee, payable via overseas credit card.
