畢業初審系統 Initial Graduation Review System
For junior (cumulative 6 semesters) and senior students (cumulative 8 semesters):
- Please pick your “Academic Year for Curriculum Planning” (A.Y.C.P)(課規年) for your “major programs” (主修) and your “general education”(校核心), then click 【上傳課規年】(Upload Curriculum Year). The course requirements vary by curriculum year. Once the curriculum year is uploaded, it cannot be changed, so please choose carefully. If you accidentally uploaded the wrong curriculum year, you may ask CSIE staff to “unlock” it for you.
** For details on course requirements for any academic year, please check the Course Planning Inquiry System, or CSIE department website.
- After clicking 【上傳課規年】(Upload Curriculum Year), the system will display 【學生狀態: 已上傳課規年】(Student Status: Curriculum Year Uploaded) before you can print.
- After printing, fill out the form (follow the steps in the PPT; the steps differ for junior and senior students), and submit the printed form to CSIE within the announced submission period

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Regarding the Multimedia and Intelligent Computing Program and the Network and Systems Program, must I complete 21 credits in one program, or can the total of both programs reach 21 credits?
A: You must complete 21 credits in one program, but you can transfer up to 2 courses from the other program.
For example: 5 Multimedia (or Network) + 2 Network (or Multimedia) courses, or 6 Multimedia (or Network) + 1 Network (or Multimedia) course.
If you choose a 5+2 or 6+1 course combination between the Multimedia and Network programs, please fill out the Credit Transfer Form (see attachment).
Note: The above applies to professional elective programs before the 2025 curriculum year(114). Starting from the 2025 curriculum year (114), these programs are replaced by the [Program in Information Technology and Intelligent Systems], and the division between “Program of Multimedia and Intelligent Computing” and “Program of Network and Systems” no longer applies.
Q: On the Initial Graduation Review System, it shows that my Information Technology credits are 0, but I have taken university core courses in Information Technology under other credit categories. Do these count as fulfilling the Information Technology requirement (2 credits)? I noticed these courses are marked as Information Technology in the Course Selection System.
A: General education courses in the Information Technology list do not count toward general education credits for CSIE students. CSIE students must take other general education courses to fulfill the 2-credit requirement.
