CSIE Department will send you an email if you have mail or a package to pick up.
If you are not sure, you may also check if you have mail on the CSIE Mail and Parcel Enquiry System.
- All mail and packages for bachelors will be sorted by grade year at the cabinet in front of you when you enter the CSIE office. Please take your respective mail/ packages and then find your student ID/name on the board that is placed next to the cabinet, then sign your name to the respective columns.
- All mail and packages for master’s and Ph.D. students will be placed in their respective laboratory cabinets. If a package cannot fit in the cabinet, it will be placed on the table.
Please check your email regularly so you don’t miss any notifications, and collect your mail/packages as soon as possible. We will only keep it for one month.
