Welcome to 「2019 TICA CUP 東之皇華」聯誼運動會

各位長官、 貴賓、 TICA 夥伴大家好：

財團法人國際合作發展基金會為了促進就讀「國際高等教育合作聯盟」(Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance, TICA) 各盟校之獎學金受獎學生之間交流，希望藉由活動，建立對國合會之向心力、培養運動家精神、及團隊友誼，自2007年起， 每年提供經費舉辦 TICA Cup 聯誼活動。

本年度(2019)由國立東華大學承辦，主題訂為「2019 NDHU-TICA CUP 東之皇華」聯誼運動會，藉由一系列別開生面的探索體驗及競賽活動，給與會來賓及國際學生一個不一樣的花東新體驗及難忘的留學回憶。

「2019 NDHU-TICA CUP 東之皇華」聯誼運動會日期訂為 2019年 11 月 16 日 ( 星期六 ) 。誠摯歡迎大家踴躍蒞臨指教。

Welcome to 「2019 TICA CUP -東之皇華」Sport Event

Hello Directors, Honorable Guests, TICA partners:

In order to promote communications between all scholarship awardees in schools of the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (known as TICA), the TaiwanICDF organizes events to enhance the cohesion, to cultivate the sportsmanship, and to build up the friendships for this purpose. Since 2007, the TaiwanICDF has provided resources to organize the TICA Cup sports event.

This year, the “2019 NDHU-TICA CUP 東之皇華”, implemented by National Dong Hwa University (NDHU) in Hualien, hosts a series of adventures and competitions that will definitely rejuvenate and attract all participants with the outstanding natural landscape of the Eastern Taiwan, and an unforgettable memory.

2019 NDHU-TICA CUP 東之皇華 Sport Event will be on Saturday 2019.11.16 . So, Come one Come all !
